SWEDISH MASSAGE
Swedish  Massage is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I help patients to reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
is a therapy with contracted and chronically tense muscle conditions to ease pain, focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Deep tissue massage helps to treat muscle pain and improve stiffness but it can still help you unwind mentally, too
CUPPING THERAPY
Cupping therapy is a ancient form of therapy putting special cups on your skin to create suction.
Cupping helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, stretches and activate the skin. Cupping will leave a circle bruise area for 7-14 days. Please be aware every body heals differently.
GRASTON TOOLS
The Graston Technique is a patented form of manual therapy that uses stainless steel tools to perform muscle mobilizations. It is a kind of soft tissue mobilization. They do this by running the tools over your skin to feel for fibrous or scar tissue that may be causing you pain or restricting your movement. Second, they use the tools to break up that tissue to restore mobility and function.
SPORT MASSAGE
sports massage technique are specific to the athlete's sport of choice. Focusing on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements. Sport massage help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries.
